We’re excited for you to receive your Luhaiza order! Most orders within the UAE ship within 3–5 business days, while international orders may take 7–10 business days.

Please note that during peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. Shipping timelines do not include order processing time.

Taxes & Duties

We’re delighted to serve our international customers! Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our listed prices. Applicable sales tax and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

All international customers are responsible for any additional customs or import charges once the order reaches its destination country.
If these fees are declined or unpaid, your package will be returned to us. In such cases, we’ll process a refund excluding shipping costs.
